Marqués de Riscal Rosé is more than just a wine; it is an ode to refinement and freshness, a tribute to the tradition and innovation of the Marqués de Riscal winery, founded in 1858 and a pioneer in Rioja. This rosé was born in the 1960s, coinciding with the winery's centenary, and since then it has embodied the balance between classicism and modernity. Its composition is based on Tempranillo and Viura grapes from young vines, less than 15 years old, which breathe the privileged air of the Rioja Alavesa. These vineyards, located in a region with Atlantic and Mediterranean influences, face dry, hot summers and a soil that enhances the freshness of the vines.
Winemaking
Marqués de Riscal Rosado is made using a pressing process that enhances its delicate and clean character. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of between 14 and 16 ºC, allowing the wine to retain its freshness and vibrant aromatic profile. This technique ensures an experience that invites you to enjoy every sip with an elegant balance and unmistakable fruitiness.
