The pale peach-colored 1999 Brut Vintage Rosé offers delicate aromas of yeasty strawberries as well as a medium to full-bodied character that displays peach, pepper and red currant flavors. Medium to full-bodied and well-focused, this is a rich, flavorful rosé that will work wonderfully with meals. Louis Roederer does not display a disgorgement date or consumer-friendly lot number on its Brut Rosé. This is regrettable, as it has consistently been one of the finer bottlings in this category.
