The 2022 Los Cantos de Torremilanos, a village red from Aranda del Duero, was produced with Tempranillo and 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and 15% must without skins to give it more fluidity, and it matured in 225-liter oak barrels. It has 14.4% alcohol, keeping the freshness, with ripe berry flavors, notes of herbs and a spicy twist. It's medium-bodied and has fine-grained tannins. 73,000 bottles and 1,000 magnums produced. It was bottled in November 2023.
