Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The pale Garnacha 2022 La Rambla del Peligrés comes from the sandy limestone soils in the property and a very warm and dry year but with a wet spring and 50 liters of rain in September, but the Garnacha was harvested early. It was vinified with 30% full clusters, 10% stems and the rest of grapes destemmed but uncrushed in concrete and matured in a 3,000-liter concrete vat for 10 months. It's varietal and ripe without excess, medium-bodied and with fine, sandy tannins. It's a tasty Garnacha with chalky seriousness, 14% alcohol, a pH of 3.6 and 5.4 grams of acidity. 4,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2023.
