Description
Júlia Bernet Feixes de la Font Exsum Brut Nature is a sparkling wine of the Corpinnat brand, crafted in the heart of Penedès by the Júlia Bernet winery. This wine stands out for its composition of 60% Xarel-lo and 40% Chardonnay, varieties grown on the slopes of the Ordal mountain in Subirats.
Winemaking
The production of Júlia Bernet Feixes de la Font Exsum Brut Nature is carried out in a sustainable and ecological way, ensuring a manual harvest at the optimal moment of ripening. The grapes are vinified separately with indigenous yeasts and, after coupage of the base wines, a second fermentation is carried out following the traditional method with a minimum ageing of 36 months. This process guarantees a high quality product, without the addition of sulphur dioxide or shipping liquor.
Taste
Júlia Bernet Feixes de la Font Exsum Brut Nature has a bright golden straw colour with golden reflections. On the nose, it offers a medium intensity with aromas of white fruit, citric touches, pastries and a balsamic finish. The palate is fresh and creamy, with notes of citrus, white fruit and pastries. The carbonic is well present, offering a bubbly sensation that culminates in a balsamic finish with good persistence. This sparkling wine is characterised by its freshness and elegance, making each sip a unique and pleasurable experience.
