Description
Honoro Vera Organic is a red wine made exclusively from Monastrell grapes from organic vineyards located in Jumilla, Murcia. This wine reflects the character of the area, with limestone soils and a continental climate with Mediterranean influences, where rainfall is scarce, and vine yields are low. The vines, more than 30 years old, are grown without irrigation and under strict ecological rules, which allows to obtain high quality grapes without the use of phytosanitary products.
Winemaking
The elaboration process for Honoro Vera Organic includes a fermentation of 15 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by a malolactic fermentation, remaining in these tanks until bottling.
Taste
In the mouth, Honoro Vera Organic stands out for its freshness and youth. It presents a palette of red fruits such as raspberries and cherries, which give it a light and accessible character. Its texture is smooth, with a clean finish that invites further tasting. On the nose, aromas of fresh berries stand out, complementing its fruity and balanced profile.
