Located in the commune of Chichée, the Vaucoupin vineyard spreads out on a steep south-facing slope, whose vines, on average 50 years old, extract the mineral richness of a soil composed of limestone and clay. The Chablis region, famous for its Kimmeridgiano, brings a distinctive character to its wines, marked by minerality and freshness.
Winemaking
