The 2021 Dominio de Calogía has an intensely oaky nose and a ripe profile, with 14.8% alcohol, a full-bodied palate with abundant, slightly dusty but fine tannins and a dry sensation in the finish where you get creamy sensation and plenty of spice, toast and smoky flavors. 33,278 bottles and some larger formats produced. It was bottled in June 2023 after one year in barrels, one-third new.
