Description
Domaine De Majas Chardonnay is another of the winery's white wines, which, in addition to the freshness of its fruity and floral tones, is also crisp on the palate.
It is another of the wines resulting from a 100% organic production process, which follows the philosophy of the oenologist Tom Lubbe, where the minimum intervention of the fruit is sought in order to achieve the natural expression of the grape. It is a wine born as a product of the processing of 100% Chardonnay grapes.
Winemaking
This wine comes from the cultivation of Chardonnay grapes in vineyards that are over 30 years old, applying organic cultivation techniques that guarantee the naturalness of this grape.
The process and techniques used for the harvest are carried out manually, as this guarantees that the fruit is at the optimum point of ripeness for processing.
After the grapes are pressed to extract the must, they are fermented with native yeasts at a controlled temperature to ensure that the process is spontaneous. Ninety percent of the juice obtained is aged on its own lees in stainless steel tanks, and the rest in French oak barrels.
