Clos Lentiscus Núria Muscat d'Alexandria is a natural sparkling wine made exclusively from single varietal Muscat d'Alexandria by the Clos Lentiscus winery in the Penedès DO.
This wine has been crafted from grapes that come from vineyards planted on calcareous sandy soils located in the Garraf Massif and cultivated according to biodynamic farming practices.
Núria is the name of the daughter of the owner of the winery and she helped in the production of this spectacular aperitif wine, a marvel for all Mediterranean cuisines!
Harvesting is done by hand once the grapes have reached their optimum ripeness. The grapes are pressed directly. In the winery, fermentation begins with indigenous yeasts in 55-litre demijohns and the fermentation is completed in the bottle.
Finally, it is left to age for 24 months on its fine lees.
Clos Lentiscus Núria Muscat d'Alexandria is a natural sparkling wine with full bubbles, floral and fruity aromas. Smooth, light and fresh on the palate, it is absolutely delicious!
