The 2024 Safrà was produced with a 50/50 blend of Mandó and Arcos grapes that complement each other and feel very integrated, showcasing the fresh Mediterranean character of the Alforins zone of Valencia. It's a wine that wants to go back to the wines from the past and is serious and harmonious, perfumed and floral, with finesse, elegance and character. With Arcos, it has gained in intensity. It comes in at 13% alcohol, with a pH of 3.55 and 4.54 grams of acidity, and it's balanced, medium-bodied and fine-boned, with very fine, chalky tannins. It's a slightly more serious version of the 2023, with a little more ripeness but also more freshness, showing more of the Mediterranean character. Delicious! After six months in their ancient buried clay tinajas, 17,000 bottles were filled. It overdelivers big time. 17,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2025.
