Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
Originating from the 2022 vintage and disgorged in January 2025, Bourgeois-Diaz's NV BD’3C Trois Cépages is a blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. Sourced from numerous south- and southwest-facing parcels, it is vinified in a diverse array of vessels; 60% stainless steel, 20% oak, 15% concrete and 5% ceramic. Around half of the blend is composed of tailles, contributing to its richer, slightly softer character. Representing approximately 50% of the estate’s total production, the wine reveals itself with aromas of red apple, orange zest, tart red berries, dried flowers and brioche. Medium- to full-bodied, textural and vinous, it offers a rich, fruit-laden core, ripe acids and culminates in a long, expansive finish.
