Andréa Calek Blanc is a natural white wine from the Ardèche region in the Rhone Valley, France. The wine is composed entirely of the Viognier grape variety and a few drops of Chardonnay.
Winemaking
The grapes are grown in EcoCert certified organic vineyards, planted on clay and limestone soils. The winemaking process involves direct pressing and natural fermentation, without the addition of any sulphites or other chemicals. The wine is aged for 24 months in used oak barrels, which gives the wine a unique complexity and structure.
