Aalto Blanco de Parcela is an exceptional wine that reflects the mastery and vision of Mariano García, founder of Aalto Bodegas y Viñedos. This wine is a tribute to the diversity and richness of the terroirs of Ribera del Duero, standing out for its complexity and structure.
Winemaking
Made exclusively with the Verdejo variety, the Aalto Blanco de Parcela comes from vineyards with limestone-rich soils, located at an altitude of 800 metres. These vineyards, which are approximately 10 years old, are cultivated in a sustainable manner, ensuring a deep respect for the environment and the quality of the grapes.
The winemaking of this wine is a carefully orchestrated process. The grapes are harvested by hand, rigorously selecting the best bunches. Fermentation takes place in 500-litre French oak barrels, a method that gives the wine a unique complexity and texture. Ageing, also in 500-litre French oak barrels, lasts 10 months, during which time the wine acquires its distinctive character.
