Description
AT Roca Brut Nature Reserva is an authentic expression of the sparkling wines with the Clàssic Penedès appellation, made using the traditional method. This wine reflects the unique identity of the chalky soils and indigenous grape varieties of the Costers d'Ordal area.
Winemaking
AT Roca Brut Nature is made from 55% Macabeu and 45% Xarel-lo. This wine is aged between 24 and 36 months in the bottle on lees for the formation of foam. Bottled without shipping liquor.
Taste
AT Roca Reserva is clean and bright, with a pale yellow colour and hints of new gold. The nose is dominated by fruity aromas, with prominent notes of reinette apple, pear and fennel, complemented by a background of pastry and brioche. On the palate, the wine is fresh, mineral and saline. The carbonic is creamy and very well integrated, highlighting the verticality, fresh white fruit and a background of fine lees and pastry.
