The young 2021 Microcosmos Rosé Brut Nature is a blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Monastrell and 10% Garnacha, produced as a brut nature (with two grams of sugar) and disgorged after 24 months in bottle with the lees. It has 11.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.2. It has a pale copper color, a different nose of preserved wild strawberries, mellow acidity and a clean, dry and tasty finish. 17,0000 bottles produced. It was disgorged in December 2023.
