Coruña del Conde I'm Natural Don't Panic Tempranillo is a Spanish red wine produced in the Ribera del Duero region, made from the Tempranillo grape variety. It is a young and fresh wine, which stands out for its aromatic intensity and its fruity and balanced flavour.
This wine is the result of a natural and environmentally friendly production process, without the use of chemicals or artificial interventions. It is an excellent choice for wine lovers looking for an authentic and sustainable experience.
Winemaking
The Tempranillo grapes are harvested by hand at the optimum moment of ripeness. The bunches of grapes are separated from the stems to avoid astringency. The grapes are then fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, without the addition of commercial yeasts or sulphates. During this process, the colour, aromas and flavours of the must are extracted.
The wine is aged for a few months in French oak barrels to obtain more complexity and soften the tannins. Finally, the wine is bottled without filtering or fining to maintain its purity and authenticity.

The taste is fruity and balanced, with notes of ripe red fruits, as well as spicy notes. The palate is smooth and fresh, with balanced acidity and soft, pleasant tannins.
