Bàrbara Forés Blanc is a white wine that comes from estates located in the municipality of Gandesa, in the Terra Alta region. This wine is made mainly from the Garnacha Blanca grape variety, complemented with Viognier. The combination of these varieties gives the wine a distinctive and complex character.
Winemaking
The winemaking process for Bàrbara Forés Blanc follows traditional methods, respecting the agro-ecology of the dry farming landscape. The vines are grown under conditions of high sunshine and low rainfall, characteristic of the Mediterranean climate. After the harvest, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks, where it is aged on fine lees to increase the complexity and structure of the wine.

Bàrbara Forés Blanc stands out for its rich and diverse aromatic and taste palette. On the nose, it displays a wide range of fruity notes, predominantly stone and yellow fruit, such as peach and apricot, along with hints of ripe quince.
