Aged for 12 months in French oak foudres.
Atalier is an aged white wine made by the famous winemaker Raúl Pérez under the D.O. Rías Baixas with grapes of the Galician variety par excellence, Albariño.
The selection of grapes comes from old vines of about 70 years of age from two coastal plots located in the area of Cambados, the Salnés Valley.
These vineyards have been planted on sandy and granitic soils and are located at a short distance from the sea.
The grapes are grown using environmentally friendly farming methods. The grapes were harvested by hand at the optimum ripening point. In the winery, the Albariño grapes are gently pressed and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in different sized vats for 12 months.
Atalier is a white wine that stands out for its intense fruity aromas. In the mouth it leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness, providing great volume and amplitude, as well as a pleasant acidity that harmonises perfectly with the rest of the nuances.
A unique wine, perfect to surprise.
