Amaury Beaufort Le Jardinot Brut Nature is a wine produced by the Amaury Beaufort winery. It is a champagne type wine that is characterized by its sparkling taste, able to conquer any palate. It is a product of the processing of Pinot Noir + Chardonnay grapes.
The taste usually stands out among many because it has a great burgundy influence, due to the fact that it comes from clay and limestone soils of Kimmeridgiense.
Winemaking
The Amaury Beaufort Le Jardinot Brut Nature is a wine that results from the manual harvesting of the fruit and then pressed and fermented in large barrels.
The ageing process has a stipulated time of at least 6 months in barrels. It then undergoes a second fermentation of 15 months in bottle.
No filtering process is carried out, as this guarantees the peculiar texture of this particular wine.
