Description
Lolita Kiffe Kiffe by Lolita Sene is an oenological gem from the Rhone Valley. This orange wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, coming from vineyards grown organically on clay soils. These vines are carefully harvested by hand, guaranteeing the quality of each cluster.
Winemaking
The wine is made naturally, with half of the must obtained by direct pressing and the other half macerated with whole bunches of grapes for a week. It is a young orange wine, as it is aged for a short period of time in vats. The result is an unfiltered, unclarified wine with no added sulphites.
