Description
Fanny Sabre Mercurey Blanc is a dry white wine from the Burgundy region, specifically from the Mercurey Village appellation. This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from vineyards over thirty years old located on clay and limestone soils.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and directly pressed. Vinification is carried out without sulphur or other additives, and the wine is aged for twelve months in 228-litre oak barrels. This ageing process gives the wine a powerful structure and great aromatic complexity.
Taste
Fanny Sabre Mercurey Blanc has a fine and complex taste profile. On the nose, notes of citrus fruits, fusilli stone and white flowers stand out. The palate offers remarkable tension and harmonious structure with an enveloping freshness. The texture is clean and mineral, with a perfect balance between waxy and mineral notes.
