Vineyards of Celler Les Foes
The vineyards of Celler Les Foes are worked with absolute care and respect for the land, without using any synthetic products, herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. To cope with the dryness of the summers, they maintain a vegetation cover, while using compost to regulate the organic matter in the soil.
The aim is to achieve a good selection from old vines and thus take care of the heritage of native varieties.
Wines of Celler Les Foes
Celler Les Foes seeks to produce authentic wines that are a true reflection of their terroir and express their minerality. They are living wines, since uncontrollable factors intervene in the winemaking process, such as the climate or the natural yeasts present in the grapes at each harvest.As they are not manipulated wines, they are neither uniform nor homogeneous. Harvesting is done manually, they work with whole grapes and the wines are neither clarified nor filtered, so that there are no organoleptic losses.
These wines are made from 100% grapes, without any additives.
