Description
Fanny Sabre Savigny Les Beaune Blanc is a 100% Chardonnay wine from the Savigny-lés-Beaune appellation, located northwest of the ancient city of Beaune in Burgundy. White wines from this appellation are relatively rare due to limited production. The vineyard is located in the Côte de Beaune region, in Côte-d'Or, characterised by gentle slopes ranging from 250 to 400 metres above sea level. Domaine Fanny Sabre extends over 4.5 hectares spread over several plots in Beaune, Savigny-les-Beaune, Meursault, Volnay and Pommard.
Winemaking
Fanny Sabre uses natural methods in the production of its wines, without filtration or fining, using indigenous yeasts and without the addition of commercial sulphites. Fermentations are carried out in parcels, resulting in micro-cuvées of a few thousand bottles. The grapes are harvested by hand to ensure optimum quality.

Fanny Sabre Savigny Les Beaune Blanc stands out for its complexity and elegance. The nose presents notes of walnut, apple, pear and a hint of cereal. The palate is fresh and slightly oxidative, with lively mineral, nutty and apple nuances. It is a multidimensional wine, with a broad, elegant mouthfeel, showing a balance between gourmandise and lovely tension. The notes of white fruits and flowers blend harmoniously, offering a sophisticated and refined taste experience.
