Fanny Sabre Beaune 1er Cru Chouacheuxesis an exceptional wine from the Burgundy region, specifically from the "Les Chouacheux" climate, near Pommard. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fanny Sabre took over the management of the family vineyard in 2005 and has implemented organic farming practices, taking care of every detail from the vineyard to the vinification.
Winemaking
Harvesting is done by hand and fermentations are carried out with indigenous yeasts, ensuring the authenticity and precision of the wine. The ageing is carried out in barrels of various uses, thus avoiding the excess of new wood notes.
