Fanny Sabre's Pernand-Vergelesses is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay, which stands out for its elegant creaminess and distinctive minerality. This wine comes from 40-50 year old vines planted on clay and limestone soils, which gives it a unique identity. Fanny Sabre, who trained alongside Philippe Pacalet, adopts a production philosophy that values terroir and respects the environment, using practices such as ploughing, mulching and organic treatments.
Winemaking
Harvesting is done by hand, ensuring healthy, ripe grapes. Vinification includes direct pressing and cold maceration in stainless steel tanks for 4-5 days, followed by natural fermentation in oak barrels. Ageing takes place for 12 months inold oak barrels, without fining or filtration, resulting in fresh, straight and refined wines.

Fanny Sabre's Pernand-Vergelesses enchants with its golden colour with hints of pale yellow. On the nose, it offers aromas of white flowers such as hawthorn and acacia.
