Description
Fanny Sabre Cuvée Anatole Rouge is a red wine produced in the IGP Sainte-Marie-La-Blanche, a small village located in the south of the Côte d'Or department, near the city of Beaune. This cuvée is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards located in soils rich in clay and sand from the Pliocene period.
Winemaking
Vinification for Fanny Sabre Cuvée Anatole Rouge is carried out in an artisanal manner, with fermentations using indigenous yeasts and a minimal addition of sulphur, approximately 35 mg/L, to preserve the authenticity and precision of the wine. The production of this wine follows natural farming practices, without the use of chemicals, and uses 100% recyclable corks.

Fanny Sabre Cuvée Anatole Rouge is distinguished by its fruity character, its smoothness and accessibility. On the nose, it presents intense aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by light herbal hints. On the palate, it is a gourmand wine, with a silky texture and soft tannins that give it an elegant and persistent finish. Its balanced profile makes it perfect to accompany white meat dishes and soft cheeses.
