Description
Fanny Sabre Pommard is a wine produced in the heart of Burgundy, in the prestigious Pommard vineyard. This wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes from very old vines, which gives it great complexity and structure. The vineyard extends over soils rich in marl and calcium carbonate, which contributes to the minerality and depth of the wine. The viticulture is organic, with a focus on preserving the authenticity of the terroir.
Winemaking
Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and minimal addition of sulphites, ensuring the purity and precision of the wine. Ageing takes place in large barrels for one year, which helps to integrate the tannins and develop its aromatic profile. Production is limited, with only a few thousand bottles available annually.
