Fanny Sabre Cuvée Camille Pétillant Naturel is a sparkling wine made by the talented winemaker Fanny Sabre, who has perfected her craft under the tutelage of master winemakerPhilippe Pacalet. This wine, produced using the traditional Méthode Ancestrale technique, is a Blanc de Noir made exclusively from Pinot Noir grown in the rich red soils of Pommard, a region renowned mainly for its red wines.
Winemaking
The fermentation of the grapes is carried out without the addition of chemicals, following a biodynamic approach and exclusively manual practices, which guarantees the purity and expressiveness of the wine. This Pet Nat reflects a dry and sparkling character, with fine and abundant bubbles.
Taste
Fanny Sabre Cuvée Camille Pétillant Naturel is distinguished by its aromatic and fresh profile. On the nose, it offers notes of lemon rind, pear and savoury bread, while the palate is fragrant and dynamic, with excellent acidity. This wine has a remarkable minerality and a touch of feminine elegance, making it unique and enjoyable for multiple occasions. Ideal with appetizers, mixed salads, steamed fish and savoury tarts, it is recommended to be served at a temperature of 8° - 10°C to fully appreciate its characteristics.
