Description
Allante & Boulanger Poulsard is a wine born from the friendship and passion for wine of Matthieu Allante and Christian Boulanger. In the heart of the deep Jura, this duo creates increasingly spectacular cuvées, following their experience at Domaine Labet. Using grapes from very old micro-plots scattered throughout this magnificent region, they produce few bottles, recently described as more than "unicorn wines", but loaded with emotions.
Winemaking
Allante & Boulanger Poulsard is vinified in semi-carbonic and aged in old oak barrels, resulting in a deeply complex and balanced wine.
