This Champagne Blanc de Noirs is distinguished by its elegance and purity, being a product of the Côte des Bar region in France. The uniqueness of this wine begins in its vineyard, located in Neuville sur Seine, planted in 1980 and with a northern exposure.
Winemaking
This champagne is meticulously crafted. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir, a choice that underlines its quality and distinctive character. Vinification is mostly carried out in stainless steel tanks (88%) to preserve the purity of the wine, while a small part is vinified in wooden barrels, adding subtle complexity and notes of oxidation. This process is complemented by ageing for at least 30 months in the bottle and disgorging without final dosage(Brut Nature).
