Description
Coruña del Conde Rouge de Rose is a rosé wine produced in the Ribera del Duero wine region of Spain. It is made from Tempranillo grapes, which are harvested by hand from selected vineyards in the area.
Winemaking
This wine is made mainly from Tempranillo grapes, which are hand-picked from selected vineyards in the Ribera del Duero wine region of Spain.
Once the grapes are harvested, they are destemmed and gently pressed to extract the must.
The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for approximately two weeks, during which time alcoholic fermentation takes place.
After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for a few months, adding complexity and depth.
Finally, the wine is bottled and rests in the bottle for a few months before being released onto the market.
Taste
This wine is characterised by a bright pale pink colour and aromas of fresh red fruits, as well as floral and herbal notes. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced, with a well-integrated acidity and a long, pleasant finish.
