This wine is made from Tempranillo grapes from vineyards located in the Ribera del Duero area.
Winemaking
The winemaking process begins with a manual harvest of the grapes, which are carefully selected to guarantee the quality of the final product. Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and macerated for a period of two weeks in stainless steel tanks.
Subsequently, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months, which gives it a smooth, velvety taste.
