Today we will focus on Coruña del Conde BCDC Pink, a rosé wine made with Tempranillo grapes from vineyards located in Ribera del Duero. This region is known for its excellent climate and soils, which give the grapes unique characteristics.
Winemaking
This wine is made using the "sangrado" method. After the grapes are harvested, they are gently pressed to obtain the must, which is macerated with the skins for a few hours to acquire the colour and aromas characteristic of rosé wines. The must is then fermented at a low temperature to preserve the aromas and flavours.
Taste
It is a fresh and fruity rosé wine, with an intense aroma of red fruits. In the mouth, its balanced acidity and fruity flavour make it very pleasant on the palate. It has a long and persistent finish, which invites you to continue tasting this wine.
