Description
Antoine Jobard Meursault is a white wine that stands out for its quality and tradition in the Burgundy region of France. Made exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, this wine comes from vineyards planted between 1960 and 1999 in soils rich in clay and limestone, occupying an area of 1 hectare.
Winemaking
Antoine Jobard Meursault 's winemaking process includes gentle pressing of the grapes by pneumatic press, with primary and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, only 20% of which are new. The wine does not undergo bâtonnage (lees stirring) and ages for 20 to 23 months in 4 to 5 year old barrels .
Taste
Antoine Jobard Meursault offers a complex and refined taste experience. On the nose, it displays aromas of pear, crisp green apple, white flowers, pastry cream and hazelnuts. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a satiny, seamless texture and tangy acids and a chalky structure that adds depth and persistence.
