Antoine Jobard Meursault En La Barre is a white wine produced in the Burgundy region of France, specifically in the Domaine Antoine Jobard vineyard. This wine is 100% Chardonnay, with vines planted between 1945 and 2011. The soil of the vineyard is a mixture of clay and limestone, which contributes to the wine's complexity.
Winemaking
Vinification of Antoine Jobard Meursault En La Barre is carried out with gentle pressing by pneumatic press and both primary and malolactic fermentation are carried out in oak barrels, only 20% of which are new. The wine is aged for 20 to 23 months in 4 to 5 year old barrels without stirring the lees.
