The natural wine Mas Coutelou Ploutelou, is a wine that gets its name from the union of the words Rigole, which means fun in French, and glou glou, which describes the onomatopoeia of the way wine drinks usually sound in the Gallic country.
This is a term that has recently emerged to call most of those natural wines, which are quick to consume, without thinking, in short "fun".
Jeff Coutelou, who makes unpretentious, carefree wines, ideal to be consumed and enjoyed, is well aware of this.
Winemaking
Mas Coutelou Ploutelou is a wine made from a blend of cinsault, aramon, clairette and red grenache grape varieties. Its production process is based on the principles of the Mas Coutelou winery, where the land is cultivated in an ecological and respectful way, and in the cellar, the wines are produced with minimum intervention.
Its production comes from grapes grown in some of the 13 hectares of vineyards located in the south of France, on clay soils. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel, naturally and spontaneously, with indigenous yeasts, and finally bottled without fining or filtering.

Mas Coutelou Ploutelou is a very light red wine, juicy and fluid. It has a lively and energetic character, it is smooth, tasty and refreshing. It is a fruity and crisp wine.
