The wine Mas Coutelou Couleurs Réunies, is a wine that comes from a completely organic vineyard since 1987, planted with a variety of native vines, which grow in limestone and clay soils, accompanied by a great plant, mineral and animal biodiversity.
Mas Coutelou is a winery where winegrower Jean Françoise Coutelou produces the most creative natural wines. Jeff, as he is better known, is a great advocate of natural winemaking, local varieties and organic farming, which has made him a true legend in the South of France with his pure and delicious Mediterranean wines.
Winemaking
Mas Coutelou Couleurs Réunies is a young, natural, vegan and organic wine made from different local white and red varieties, such as Terret, Tinta, Graciano, Rivairenc, Maturana and Terret Blanc. In the production process, the yield is limited, which allows for more concentrated grapes.
The grapes are harvested by hand at the optimum point of ripeness, the grapes are fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and vinification is carried out with the minimum of intervention, which allows the maximum expression of the terroir to be achieved. Finally, the wine is bottled by gravity, without sulphite or filtering.

The organic red wine Mas Coutelou Couleurs Réunies is a juicy wine, full of rich and dense black fruit aromas. It is a fruity wine, with a freshness that carries through to the finish and a vibrant acidity. The palate is light but deep.
