Winemaking
The winemaking of Mas Coutelou Classe begins with the manual harvesting of organic Syrah and Grenache grapes.
After the selection of the best grapes, a spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with two weeks of maceration.
After this, the wine is transferred to the same tanks for ageing, where it will remain for several months.
Finally, the wine is bottled without fining or filtering, which means that the wine retains its original and authentic character.
This winemaking process results in a young, fresh and balanced wine that represents the essence of organic viticulture and the passion of its creator, Jeff Coutelou.
