Description
Coruña del Conde I'm Natural Don't Panic Red is a young red wine that maintains the faithful philosophy of natural viticulture and the oenology of its founder, Alberto López Calvo. It is produced in Tierras Burgalesas with the utmost respect to give rise to a libertarian wine with a didactic spirit.
Its vineyards are located in the village of Coruña del Conde, at an altitude of 1000 metres in small plots. Its vineyards are hundreds of years old and have a wonderful location, which allows the vines to develop to their full potential.
Winemaking
The Coruña del Conde I'm Natural Don't Panic Red wine comes from old vines that are more than 110 years old, being pure and healthy soils. The land is cultivated in a sustainable way without chemical products and presents a spontaneous semi-carbonic maceration with autochthonous yeasts.
This wine undergoes alcoholic malolactic fermentation in fibreglass tanks for 3 months in vats. The wine is bottled unfiltered and without added sulphites, placed in bottles for a few months before being marketed.
Taste
It is a wine that preserves the traditions of its ancestors and is characterised by the freshness that comes from its environment, being unique and with a strong character and personality. In the mouth it has a fruity and juicy flavour.
