Produced with the help of Roberto Regal in Ribeira Sacra but sold without appellation of origin, the 2021 Miñato da Raña, which they already subtitled as rustic red, comes from a 0.6-hectare vineyard that in a good year can produce 1,000 liters. The wine has only 11% alcohol and some earthy rusticity and dusty tannins and a balsamic and herbal patina. It has a very dry finish.
