Description
Susana Esteban Sidecar Tinto is made mainly from the Baga grape variety, one of the most traditional in Portugal.
Winemaking
The vinification of this wine is particularly special. A manual harvest is carried out, where each grape is carefully selected. Subsequently, vinification and ageing are carried out in amphorae, a type of clay container that allows for natural fermentation and gives the wine its unique characteristics.
Taste
SideCar Tinto has a ruby colour, which gives it a bright and striking appearance. On the nose, it offers aromas of red fruits and some vegetal nuances that evoke the freshness of nature. On tasting, a fresh, elegant and complex flavour can be appreciated. These characteristics make this wine an ideal choice for those seeking a unique and memorable taste experience.
