They also kept the bottles of the 2022 and now sell the 2023 Selma, which has a lot of complexity and depth, elegance and nuance. The clusters were pressed and the juice fermented in barrels, where it matured for eight months. This is a lot more than the varieties; it's about the place and is fine-boned and ethereal. This is the same as in all previous vintages, but in the future, it will age in Stockinger foudre. It has 12% alcohol. 2,790 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2024.
