Description
Pegaso Zeta is an outstanding wine from the Sierra de Gredos, made mainly from old Garnacha vines. This wine is produced in the region of Cebreros, in Ávila, using traditional and organic viticulture methods. The vines are planted on mixed slate and granite soils, which contributes to the depth and fruit character of the wine.
Winemaking
Pegaso Zeta is fermented with indigenous yeasts in a combination of 500-litre French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, where it matures for 12 months. This careful combination of materials and ageing times allows for the development of a balanced and complex flavour profile.
