This is Partida Creus Vinyater Ancestral, a spark of bottled life born from the intuition, stubbornness and deep respect for the land of an Italian-Catalan couple who decided to break with everything to start afresh among the forgotten vineyards of Baix Penedès. Massimo and Antonella did not come to the world of wine out of tradition, but out of conviction. Architects in their previous life, their encounter with these lands was almost poetic: a love at first sight with almost extinct autochthonous varieties, with dry and luminous landscapes, and with a way of making wine that defies the established. In fact, they rescued this grape, the Vinyater, from absolute disappearance. Who else would have bet on it? And thanks to their tenacity, today you can hold this unrepeatable jewel in your hands.
Elaboration
Grown without pesticides or herbicides, with a radically natural philosophy, Partida Creus Vinyater Ancestral is first fermented in low-temperature steel tanks with indigenous yeasts - the only ones that understand the melody of the grape and the soil - and finishes its magical transformation in the bottle, where it remains for ten months on its fine lees.

The result is a wine that vibrates. An ancestral wine with a creamy texture, fine bubbles and that wild touch that can only be achieved when nothing is forced.
