Description
Parmantier Côteaux Champenois Rouge de Chamery is a red wine made exclusively from Pinot Meunier by the Parmantier Frère & Soeur winery.
The grapes for this red wine come from the "Les Dres le Moutier" plot in Chamery, a wine village located on the Champagne route.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and a precise selection of the grapes is followed. It has been vinified with a gentle maceration of the grapes for 3 weeks in open barrels of 400 litres. 10% of the must is pressed from the grapes extracted from the barrels.
Subsequently, the wine is aged on fine lees for 12 months in the same closed barrels and bottled unfiltered, unclarified and with no added sulphur dioxide.

Parmantier Côteaux Champenois Rouge de Chamery is a red wine with a complexity of fruity, floral and citrus aromas. The palate is fragrant and light. It has a medium to high acidity and is a real pleasure!
