Nada Revolucion Rouge is an exclusive young red wine produced by Vandal Wine Winery in France, undoubtedly a viticulture legend!
This wine is made from Syrah, Carignan and Grenache grapes from the Languedoc Roussillon region in the south of France.
Gastronomically, it is the ideal accompaniment to white meats such as chicken, turkey, duck, rabbit and magnificent for very special occasions.
Elaboration
Nada Revolucion Rouge is made from a harvest carried out when the grapes are at their optimum ripeness. Fermentation is carried out with yeasts from the vineyard and the winery, without sulfite at any stage of the process, without stabilization except with the help of the cold of winter in the area, without filtering.
In other words, it does not undergo filtering or clarification processes, which guarantees its particular nuances.
