Description
Nada Zuma is a white wine produced by the Vandal Wine winery. This wine is made from a blend of Garnacha Gris and Garnacha Blanca grapes coming from vineyards planted with an average age of more than 30 years old.
It is the ideal accompaniment for Iberian cured meats and as an aperitif on a very special occasion.
Elaboration
Nada Zuma is made from grapes harvested when the grapes are at their optimum ripeness. In order to obtain the best wine, it is made without any chemical products. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts contained in the grapes themselves, without sulphites at any stage of the process, without stabilisation other than with the help of the cold of winter in the area, without filtering.
Finally, when the wine is finally finished, it is bottled without filtering.
Taste
It is a white wine that, due to the character of the varieties, is enveloping, with a fruity, floral and citric expression, round in the mouth, with a certain texture and a moderate level of acidity.

It is an original wine from the Languedoc Roussillon region in the south of France. Nada Zuma comes from organic farming and great respect for the land, with low intervention, manual harvesting and no chemicals. The use of traditional methods of cultivation and elaboration guarantee its excellent taste and nuances.
