Description
Lolita Mise en Bouche is an oenological jewel emerging from the Rhone region of France, a true reflection of Lolita Sene's passion and dedication. This winemaker has managed to fuse tradition and modernity to create a wine that not only delights the palate, but also tells a story.
Winemaking
The wine is composed of a harmonious blend of Garnacha Tinta as the predominant variety, complemented by Garnacha Blanca, Garnacha Gris, Cinsault, Clairette Blanche and Clairette Rosé. The elaboration of Mise en Bouche is a meticulous process that respects the essence of each cluster. Whole bunches are macerated for a week, capturing the pure essence of each grape. They are then pressed and the resulting blend matures in vats for several months, using a process that relies on gravity, avoiding the intervention of invasive methods. The result is a primeur wine, unclarified, unfiltered and without the addition of sulphur.
Taste
On tasting, Mise en Bouche reveals a fruity explosion that surprises and delights. The dominant notes of blackcurrant, plum and crushed raspberry intertwine in a dance of flavours that offers a fresh and smooth taste experience. Despite its lightness, the wine has a depth and complexity that sets it apart, making it a perfect choice for any occasion.
