Description
Lolita Papanapator is a rosé wine that evokes the essence of nature and tradition. Originating from the Rhone Valley in France, this wine is a blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. The Syrah, planted in Saint-Victor-Lacoste, grows in sandy-textured clay soils, surrounded by forests that give it a unique character.
Winemaking
Vinification is carried out naturally, with spontaneous fermentation. The Syrah is pressed directly from whole bunches, while the Sauvignon Blanc is macerated on its skins for a week. The refining process culminates with the blending of the wines in stainless steel tanks, without the addition of sulphites and without filtering or fining.
Taste
Papanapator de Lolita stands out for its freshness and friendliness. It is characterised by the brilliance of its fruit and a floral aroma, especially violet, so distinctive of the vineyard. It is a wine that is on the borderline between a rosé and a red, but what is certain is that it is deliciously good. It also has notes of raspberry, cocoa and violet, with a pure and precise palate that offers an explosion of fruit, soft tannins and lovely length.
